So these are the same bananas that I would’ve bought at the Jamaican store but it’s a lot cheaper here online so I will be buying these from you. I am going to cook it with the mackerel that I bought also and make a Jamaican style run down.

kinda worth it for its price
Arrived very ripe. Look mostly good but packed poorly, Right next to heavy squash so banged up a bit but I think still ok.

I really like this, i got three for 2 lb
These plantains are large and in charge. I didn't shoot any stills, but so far I cooked two of them as each one turned a solid yellow. Even though they were still pretty firm, putting them in water to soak after slicing was key to having both the soft sweet slices that became crisp around the edges. Very fresh, not overipened before it's time !
I was first hesitant to purchase the plantains thinking it wouldn’t be ready to eat but my luck it looks really good! I wouldn’t definitely purchase more in the future!
I ordered it for the first time and it came with huge pieces that looked like they were fully ripe.

The banana leaves came in wrapped nicely and in good amount. I stored it in the refrigerator for a week before I decided to use them and they are still great! I used it for a traditional filipino feast we call Kamayan which was awesome. I’ve been looking for banana leaves everywhere and only found them here! (Not if you’re in the Philippines because we basically have banana trees everywhere, at least where I used to live)
