The first time I bought it, it arrived last night. I soaked it immediately. I used it to cook it with the leftover marinade today. It was delicious. The package was still full after soaking. Kelp is good, but the knots need to be opened and washed, otherwise there will be sand.
This is the best kelp knot I have bought in the United States! After soaking it overnight, scald it for five minutes, throw it into the brine pot, and you’re satisfied!
