if youre allergic to shrimps or vegan, this is a good option. if theres a non sweet or spicy version i would get it for binagoongan. but it will work just fine. i just need singkamas or indian mango and its perfect
Pleasant surprise. While it is advertised as Mushroom Bagoong Sweet Sautéed Shrimp paste, label says it is plant based , without any shrimp listed under ingredients. Tastes similar to shrimp paste , less salty version.
