Bought this thinking it was pressed tofu. It’s really soft for a pressed tofu. Flavor is good. It’s a bit salty. I wanted to use it on a chive bud stir fry but there’s no way it would hold up like the different pressed tofu I usually use. I’m going to pivot and make a different dish. It’ll still be delicious but it’s definitely not a firm pressed tofu

Ouch, I actually bought dried tofu. It would be better if it was not seasoned.
I felt a little cheated when I opened the package, because the package looked good with a whole piece of tofu skin on both sides, but when I broke it open, it was all scattered, and some pieces were sandwiched in between.

The prices are much better than Asian markets, the food is fresh, and it's packaged very carefully. I need to buy groceries from Wee every week, but there's no fresh food delivery service through Gofftown, so I can only order through a friend or acquaintance.
