Too fresh, green and crispy beyond expectations
These are fresher and in better condition than what I buy at the local Asian market. Since they were on sale, I bought three bags and made garlic scape pickles. They're only a day old, so they need to be fermented more, but I took some out. Keeping them like this gives me peace of mind knowing they'll last for over a year. You can eat them plain or season them with red pepper powder. I think I made a good purchase.

It's useful for stir-frying
I guess the texture is less tasty than raw. I stir-fried it with pork and it was delicious.
Added the garlic sprouts to Mama Tom Yum ramen, egg, kimchi and bok choy all from Wee. They are like green beans but with a little garlic taste. Great for ramen, soup and stir fry.
