Made Bibim gooksoo with thinly sliced fresh carrots, cucumber, cabbage, and lettuce. For sauce, used Gochujang, sesame oil, honey and some vinegar and pepper mixed it first with boil-cooked noodles as per instructions and added the fresh veggies, hard-boiled egg and gave it a good mix.
