They're big and firm, and delicious. They make a great broth, and are also delicious just as a snack.

I'm happy to be able to purchase Hidaka kelp from Hokkaido at weee!
I haven't gotten the hang of it yet, but I'm happy to be able to buy kelp
I used it for the festival. Normally I would use fish such as herring, but since my family doesn't like fish, I tried wrapping it in beef. It was flavorful and delicious.
Perhaps because it is a natural kelp, it was narrower and thinner than regular dashi kelp. I ate it wrapped in kelp. Soft kombu rolls are ready.
My favorite conbu.
It was too long, so I cut it up and put it in a ziplock bag.happy!
A little expensive kelp, but good quality and worth buying

I crave it sometimes.
I added the fried tofu I bought along with it, and without even soaking the hijiki in water, I was able to easily make delicious simmered hijiki. My daughter and I were both very happy to have this taste of Japan again after so long!
I'm glad I can eat healthy food in America too.
I'm a repeat customer. It's delicious.

There was an order limit of one, but I wanted to buy two
I'd like to eat it by pouring it over chilled tofu.
The discount is huge because it expires this month; the taste of the sea.
It's not a special ingredient in Japan, but it's nice to be able to eat it easily even in America. You can easily enjoy it by adding a pinch to soba noodles or a pinch to miso soup. If you like umami, richness, and thickness, it's worth trying. Since it's just a side dish, a small amount at a time is sufficient.
I like to add a little bit to my udon noodles.
Perfect for soup
I'd like to eat it with soba or udon noodles, or I'd like to make a clear soup by adding green onions and soy sauce to the grated kelp and dashi broth.
It’s good for soup and rice, so delicious
I felt like eating it with udon for the first time in a while.
It's delicious served over rice or in soup!

This kelp is delicious. The leftover kelp from the kelp broth can be used for stewing.
Very clean seaweed...^_^
Favourite for kombu dashi
I ordered this because Ottogi sliced kelp wasn't available.
It's fine. The size is just right, and it's good.
It contains plenty of large pieces of kelp. After making broth with the kelp and bonito flakes, I like to make tsukudani (simmered food) with the leftover kelp and bonito flakes.
It's just seaweed, it's alright, you can eat it like any other vegetable.
Kelp! I need somebody!
I really like the seaweed from my hometown; I'll add it to my cart.
It’s hard to order from weee! Because it sells out fast. I finally got some and used it to make vegetarian dashi.
