It’s so easy because you don’t need to prepare it separately! I made avocado pollack roe bibimbap, and the seasoning was just right with just sesame oil and pollack roe. Since the product is in a tube, it’s best to eat it within a week once you open it, but it’s enough for 4 people. I think it can be used a lot for pollack roe pasta, pollack roe omelets, etc., and it’s neat and nice because you can finish it all at once without having to divide it into small portions in the freezer.
Takes a few minutes to thaw when You take it out of the freezer but it’s great!
Since it's frozen, it's inconvenient to have to eat it all quickly once it's thawed, but it's delicious when mixed with mayonnaise and spread on bread or mixed with rice.

The pollack roe tubes don't get thawed when frozen, so you'll probably have to eat them all within a few days of thawing. I think you can cook about 4-5 servings. It's delicious!!
