    First time purchase this item from Weee and it is very satisfied. Meat delivered still in aluminum wrap to keep the freshness. It is still frozen when delivered. I deboned th hock, marinate 45 minutes with just salt, pepper and onion powder. Then I tied it up and boiled with Instant Pot for 15minutes. My family love this dish since it can be served with either noodles or steamed rice.

We just skipped the instructions, thawed it out and air fried it. For a larger family I would suggest the same heating process, but then cut it up and cook it in something else to stretch it.
