Not enough half ! Too dry and doesn't taste any spicy in the meat. So disappointed.

This is one of the best duck I ate so far. It’s fully cooked and well seasoned. It’s partially boned. Simply chop it and put it in the air fryer or oven. It’s very tender and juicy. It’s full of flavor.

The meat was chewy and doesn’t have duck taste. It looks like a dog size but it also has a lot of heavy bones in the piece.

It’s way smaller than I would have expected. The pickle radish dish is for size reference. The duck is also very salty, more like smoked rather than roasted. If you’re expecting Chinese roasted duck, this is definitely not it.

This time, I cooked rice vermicelli soup with duck meat. Shred the duck meat and set aside. Boil some herbs, spices and the bone of duck, when the soup is ready, put the meat and turn off the stoves. In seperate pot, boil rice vermicelli and drain well. Fried the garlic with more oil until fragrant. Then put it all together as in the pictures.
The duck is meaty. I just put it in the oven before served.
