Soak the shahefen in hot water for one minute and then rinse with cold water, add sesame sauce and you have the perfect dough! So delicious!

While the noodles are good and “fresh”. The noodles are stuck together and it doesn’t take the time that is indicated on the instructions. You have to cook it longer to make the noodles unstick and not hard.
The noodles worked out perfect for my chow fun dinner. Will definitely buy again.
