It's a pity that the meat was already thawed and soft when it arrived, so I had to cook beef pho right away. It's the taste of Australian beef that I like. I want to buy it again next time, but I hope they can put more dry ice or refrigerant. The weather is hot now, and I'm afraid the meat will not be fresh.
