I haven't tried this noodle, if it tastes good, I will continue to buy it
The mushroom powder used to be very fresh and delicious. Since the packaging was changed to this "authentic Yunnan flavor", the seasoning packet inside has also been changed. Now the taste is weird and not very delicious. The amount of rice noodles in the new packaging has been reduced by at least 1/3. I don't know if it is healthy or not, but the taste has deteriorated anyway.
It seems to have changed the formula, different flavors from before, not as good.

This is delicious. A lot of side dishes are added. I personally think the amount of powder is a bit awkward. Two small packets of dry powder are 120g. It's too much to eat at one time. It's not enough to eat twice. Just for reference

I am happy to report that these very much lived up to the hype: noodles are toothsome, perfectly textured, and looooong (photo for reference). Sauce was perfect. Great base for fresh veg and an egg or slices of pressed tofu.
Zeng mixed noodles are the most delicious mixed noodles I have ever eaten. The sauce is rich in flavor, the noodles are chewy, and the price is reasonable. All three flavors are delicious and I will continue to repurchase.
