The mushroom powder used to be very fresh and delicious. Since the packaging was changed to this "authentic Yunnan flavor", the seasoning packet inside has also been changed. Now the taste is weird and not very delicious. The amount of rice noodles in the new packaging has been reduced by at least 1/3. I don't know if it is healthy or not, but the taste has deteriorated anyway.

Just like in the photo, after the noodles are cooked, add shredded carrots, eggs, and bok choy. Pour the special soy sauce and chili oil into the noodles and you can eat it. The chili oil is super fragrant, so you must add it. If you are afraid of spicy food, add half. It is convenient and delicious.
