Description
A traditional breakfast now goes organic! Made with ragi, naturally rich in calcium, these idlis are healthy, easy to make and great to taste! No preservatives added. What more could you ask for?
3 SIMPLE STEPS:
MIX: Empty contants of Ragi idli mix pack into a bowl and add 1 1/2 cups* measures of water (360 ml). Mix to make a smooth batter without lumps.
REST: Set aside for 30 minutes.
SPREAD: After 30min pour the batter into idli moulds and steam cook in an idli cooker for 10min. Cool and remove from moulds. *1 cup = 240ml
Chutney powder – Mix chutney powder with sesame oil and eat with hot ragi idlis!
Ragi Idli Mix (Indian pancake) Ingredients:
*Ragi (Finger Millet) 40%, *Rice/Idly Rava/Coarse Rice Flour, *Split Black gram, Salt, Raising Agent 500 (ii), Acidity regulator 330 and *Fenugreek. Ingredient with * are organic

*Split Black gram, *Split Bengal gram, *Red chilli (8%), Salt, *Peanut oil, Asafoetida, Acidity regulator 330. Ingredients with * are organic
