Braised Pork Ribs with Bamboo Shoots 400 g 400 g

Flavor is not bad. But the bamboo shoots used in the dish is not the same as shown in the restaurant's picture. It's not skinny sticks. It's slices. 7 pieces of 3-4 inches (length) ribs. Two of them are very fatty, almost pure fat. One is bony, barely any meat. The rest (4 pieces) are OK.

Couldve been meatier, and more pork with bones, but it’s still nice.

the dish itself was good. the ribs were tender and flavorful. but the container completely busted open and leaked through upon delivery.

Packaging was good. No leakage. Good portion. Good flavors. Goes really well with rice. Will purchase again
