Japanese Wagyu A5 Chuck Eye Roll Thin Slice, 2mm 8 oz

We bought two for sukiyaki. The meat tastes good but as you can see, the quality vary. One was beautifully sliced but bit turned brown, then the other was fresh but bunch of (looked like) trimmed meat which disappointed us.

Very good beef, very juicy and melts in your mouth. The portion is not large, but it is not a thin slice and has a good taste. Must buy at reduced value!

It's delicious. The beef is very smooth when used to cook sukiyaki. It's really different from the American wagyu beef from weee. I recommend you to buy it! The Japanese wagyu beef on the right side of the picture is richer in fat and has a more abundant milk flavor than the American beef topside on the left side.
