Juicy and not too oily, no need for seasoning. It’s great to pair with any vegetables you have in your refrigerator.

I added cabbage and button mushrooms, sprinkled pepper, and stir-fried them in a pan. It was delicious; even without adding extra oil, just the right amount of fat came out of the meat.
The marbling on the beef was nice, and the meat itself was a bit darker in color, but the quality was still good. It would be delicious in hot pot.
