I've tried all kinds of hot pot meat slices, both expensive and cheap, and this time I really bought it. My family praised it non-stop. It needs to be washed and rinsed with water to thaw the blood. The taste and appearance will be perfect

There were reviews saying it was tough, and it really is. I added pear juice and mirin and seasoned it with bulgogi sauce, but the meat is still tough, maybe because of the tendons.

For some reason the color was darker than the product image, but that's not a problem. My child refused to eat the thinly sliced meat from a certain famous supermarket because he said it was tough, but he asked for seconds of this. I'll buy it again.

The beef brisket was a bit fattier than I would've liked. I used it in kimchi stew. It came out a bit tough. It was better cooked with snow peas. It was more tender. It was a good sale purchase. I'm glad that I tried it but I will probably not buy it again.
