Very thick slices. But very good flavor.
There were reviews saying it was tough, and it really is. I added pear juice and mirin and seasoned it with bulgogi sauce, but the meat is still tough, maybe because of the tendons.

The slices were not that thin like shabu shabu meat, but I think I am going to use the meat for sukiyaki next time. I added cabbage and button mushrooms, sprinkled pepper, and stir-fried them in a pan. It was delicious; even without adding extra oil, just the right amount of fat came out of the meat.
The marbling on the beef was nice, and the meat itself was a bit darker in color, but the quality was still good. It would be delicious in hot pot.
