Much smaller than I imagined, only as big as the palm of your hand

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this seasoning but have been curious from the good reviews of others. At first the sauce looks like normal sweet bbq sauce but once baked, it looks different. Tastes different too, it’s a little bit sweet and sour but it was delicious! Super easy to marinade overnight, bake, and broil a little bit for crunch! Yum!

Marinating produces a beautiful product color but the taste is a bit bland, adding a little fish sauce will make it more flavorful
