This one was not my favorite tastes. Tonkotsu wo lemon flavor is better

It has zesty lemon flavor in the soup base. It’s refreshing to me but I can see how some people won’t like it.

such a creamy and delicious broth. has a pleasing roasted flavor and a mild lemon taste. the noodles keep a good texture even after sitting in the broth for a bit, unlike other ramen which becomes mushy.
