The flavor is more on the light/delicate side. I like it but might not be for everyone tho.

This was excellent, genuinely going to be a staple in the pantry here. The flavor is mild and pleasant with a certain acidity that reflects the claimed flavor without being too briny or fishy in any way. Really fantastic.

As you can tell I am very fond of this brand and love every flavor. The broth is really rich and flavorful.
