My first time purchasing these pain relief patches. The menthol, peppermint, camphor & other ingredients blend well & gives nice warmth to wherever you have pain. There’s exactly 156 round patches. 13 sheets with 12 flat disc patches. Adheres well to the skin. I tolerated the warmth, but some may not like the warm feel; just don’t wear too long.. It’s a little stronger than Salonpas., so you can gauge when you try it. Shelf life states 36 mos
