Oceankist Chilean Sea Bass, Frozen 12 oz

A beautiful, light white fish.

Comes pre portioned and packaged. A little fishy and rich with after taste. Not sure I would purchase again.

I havent cooked yet but cant beat price for chilean bass. Decent size cuts

Delicious fish! Bought it for discount price! I baked it in the oven with ginger, scallions , soy sauce and oyster sauce!

Marinate with oyster sauce, a bit of salt and pepper and sugar, with ginger and red onion, some cooking wine, then pan sear as desired. Pack with white rice, veggies and dipping sauce for my son’s school lunch.

Love the dry ice. Meaty pieces of Chilean sea bass in the package.
