- 100g Sweet Potato Ball Powder
- 50cc Boiling water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions:
- Place the sweet potato ball powder in a bowl. Add the boiling water to the powder and mix evenly with chopsticks. Knead the mixture until it forms a smooth dough with no remaining powder on your hands, and the dough should be glossy and elastic. Then, divide it into small pieces and roll them into sweet potato balls.
- Boil five times the amount of water compared to the dough. Once boiling, add the sweet potato balls and cook until the water boils again. Continue boiling for 25 minutes, then turn off the heat and let the balls rest for another 25 minutes.
- Remove the sweet potato balls and place them in cold water. Drain the water and transfer them to a bowl. Add sugar and your sweet potato balls are ready to serve!
