COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1.Poaching Method: After rinsing the bacon, soak it in warm water to reduce saltiness if preferred (15-30 mins).
2.Place the bacon in cold water, boil for 45 minutes, and change the water halfway.
3.Take out the bacon, and slice it thinly.
4.Stir fry them into a dish. When frying, if you stir out the oil, then the bacon will be crispier.
