Use a soft material such as cleaning paper or a sponge.
Do not heat and quench empty containers. Sudden temperature changes cause damage to enamel products. The edge of the product looks like it is unpainted or peeled off, and the hole inside is caused by the enamel manufacturing technique, not a defect.

This enamel-coated tray is a hygienic and eco-friendly product made in Korea manufactured by coating the surface of the metal with a glossy glaze of natural minerals that is baked at 800 degrees Celcius or higher three times. Using domestic POSCO pure iron and natural mineral silica, it has stronger durability and scratch protection when compared to regular enamels. It is the hardest and safest coated kitchenware tray.
It is an enamel material that can be used in a variety of heat sources. The organic enamel coating is harmless to the human body and it can be used for a long time that is resistant to discoloration and color transfer. It has a screen that fits snugly into the tray to prevent the product from sticking or getting soggy.
