Xi An cold noodles

Very refreshing, the chili oil is numbing and the roasted peanuts add a nutiness that complements the slippery chewy (firm) noodles...The cucumber...you need it!!! I would definitely repurchase for a lazy Friday :D Only thing Id ask is for more tofu and cilantro....amazing deal

I put too much hot chili oil. Otherwise, nice taste.

Great liangpi, bought several times. sauce tastes nice but could be better if it were a bit thicker.
