classic Crispy Pork

I reheated these pork pieces in a pan, no oil needed. This helped them stay delightfully crispy and cooked a little grease out of them. Yum!

Key points: Don't buy it! Don't buy it! The worst crispy pork I've ever eaten. First of all, it's almost all starch and fat, without any trace of lean meat. Secondly, it's very oily. After the air fryer is heated, a layer of oil comes out from the bottom. It looks wrong at first glance. It tastes like starch soaked in oil. I couldn't eat it after a while and threw it away.

For those who are afraid of spicy food, don’t sprinkle all the chili powder on the crispy pork, as it will be very spicy, but the overall taste is pretty good.
