I make coconut curry (coconut cream boiled with enough water to make it slightly less thick liquid with curry powder, a dash of salt, and some garlic and onions added with meat or tofu; if not, grilled vegetables to mix in rice or sometimes curry pasta) with this but haven't yet this time. So far, I have made coconut shakes with it with probiotic tea and honey & then adding two heaping spoons of coconut cream to Ice but can just leave hot. Amazed. Thanks.
