Ingredients: Rice koji (manufactured in Japan), fructose, sugar, dextrin, salt, starch/antioxidant (V.E) (Vegan, Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Soy-free)
Suggested use: In a cup, combine the block of koji amazake mix with 100ml (~½ cup) of boiling or cold water. Let rehydrate for at least 1 min and stir well before serving.
