Japanese cheesecake is so light and refreshing. To me, personally, it is like an angel food cake and New York Style cheesecake combined when trying to describe the texture. It seems to be much less sugary and lighter egg custard when comparing it to a New York style. Giving it a delicate flavor that is fantastic with fresh fruit!

This is a small, not-too-sweet cake with more of an egg flavor than a cheese one. The packaging was flimsy and disappointing. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

Love that this is not too sweet like many American-style cheesecakes. Slightly dryer than I thought, but overall it's really good.
