Oyster generally found in the shallow waters of the west coast, it is the most important farmed shellfish in Taiwan. Taiwan's famous oysters are sold mainly in major night markets, and stalls selling oysters can be found in almost every Taiwanese night market.

The method is to first heat the oil in a frying pan, add the oysters, stirred eggs, vegetables (such as chrysanthemum, spinach, Taiwan lettuce, cabbage, spinach, bean sprouts, nine-story tower, etc.), and then pour the edible starch water. , when the oysters are cooked, they can be eaten after being drizzled with special sauce, which is easy to make and delicious.
