First of all I am not really a fan of cooked fish but I heard halibut doesn’t have that fishy smell so I decided to try. It really does not have the type of yucky smell that I’m unable to eat. It’s fluffy and soft, as well as plump. Watch out for the bones. It has a mild taste that goes well with a strong seasoning. It reminds me of a silkier cod. The best part is the skin, which is nice and fatty as well as crispy on the outside. The fish itself is pretty big.
