骨抜きの切り身４枚入りのオレンジラフィー(ヒウチダイ)。淡泊な白身でありながら、脂ものっていて、くさみもなくとても食べやすい魚です。衣の厚い沖縄天ぷらを作ってみました。味噌漬け焼き、ホイル焼き、鍋や汁物にも合います。

Really like this wild caught orange roughly fish fillet. Pan seared with seasoned flour and whole egg. Very tasty, not fishy at all, will definitely repurchase.
