I liked it overall. Meaty, chewy, slightly sweet, slightly spicy with good umami. I just don't know why this is quite expensive. It worth it only when it's on a good sale.

The flavor and texture is perfect! This roasted squid is a great snack. It is very chewy but not too much. It has a nice mixture of savory and sweet flavors.
