First time purchase. Maybe because this is farm raised, it did not have the distinct flavor I remember from threadfin fish. I probably will not be purchasing this again considering it is quite expensive for the small size of the fish:

This fish is always my favorite, simple steamed with soy sauce and garlic. Make a yummy delicious dinner.

This fish tastes good and fresh. Will buy more if it is on sale again.

first time purchase to try this brand. the fish is very meaty and very fresh. the fist is very well cleaned and it’s ready to cook. not salted so it’s best to sprinkle salt before before cooking to enhance flavor
