Great for sushi

I got it on sale for 3.19 but I think the quantity is very small for the price. I am keen to make gimbap with it but probably won't be able to make much with just one package. I prefer pickled radish/burdock to add to my gimbap but too bad weee! is out of stock on those.

Good in sushi

Love these gourd shavings. stock up when on sale. The taste is authentic, a must have in the Futomaki rolls.
