This has a curious flavor. The almond tofu tastes strongly of almond extract but the juice/syrup portion of this Tarami jelly is a little tart and watery. It wasn't the texture or flavor I was expecting to pair with a creamy dessert. I'm glad I got to try it though, but I might pick it up again another time to give it a fair review
