Description

Sirloin sliced refer to thin slices of beef tenderloin cut from beef, usually used for instant dishes such as stir-fry. Sirloin is a tender and flavorful cut of beef, when sliced thinly along the grain, cooks quickly over high heat, making it a popular choice for stir-fry recipes. Slicing the meat against the grain helps ensure the meat stays tender and doesn't become chewy or tough during cooking.

Ingredient:
Beef Tenderloin 200g
Green and red peppers 1/4 each
1 small onion
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Shaoxing wine a little

Marinade:
Light soy sauce 2 teaspoons
Sugar 1/2 tsp
1 tsp corn flour
1/2 tbsp water
oil 1 tsp
a little egg yolk

Seasoning:
Tomato juice 2 tbsp
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
Soup without salt (broth, or add a little chicken powder with water) 1/2 cup
Corn flour 2 tsp
1 small piece of sugar (chopped first)
A little sesame oil

How to cook:

  1. First wash the green and red peppers and cut into strips. Thickly chop the onion and set aside.
  2. Defrost and Marinate Sirloin Strip for about 25 minutes. Put the oil in a wok over high heat, stir-fry quickly until medium well, and put it on a plate for later use.
  3. In an oil wok, add the onion and stir-fry until soft, add the minced garlic and stir-fry quickly, add the green and red peppers and stir-fry well, add a little salt, pour wine, pour in the seasoning, then put it back into the Sirloin Beef Strip and stir-fry until the juice dries up a little , can be served on a plate and served while it is hot.
