Alaskan Halibut—a fish prized for its firm, sweet, and mild flavor. Its distinct texture, firmer than cod, serves as the perfect canvas to absorb a myriad of cooking flavors. Halibut is high in quality lean protein and omega-3 fatty acids.  Enjoy it pan-seared, baked, poached, or grilled.

Overnight thaw: carefully puncture the vacuum pack and thaw in the refrigerator overnight on a plate for 8-10 hours. Keep frozen, do not refreeze. 

Cook to an internal temperature of 145 F.Frozen vacuumed pack 6 oz portions; Portions are skin off.
