More sour than expected. Very sticky when steamed. It tasted okay, better with white sugar on top

a deceptively unadorned dumpling which avoids the expected doughy monotony by an unusual texture somehow both firmer and lighter than the more common rice flour, coupled with a subtle sweetness of the cereals and slight fermented tang in the bean filling.
not too familiar with the product myself, but I do have it on good authority that this particular item is authentic to its rustic origins
