Item is completely defrosted, melted, soft, and slightly warm. Looks like the item was left out of the freezer for many hours before packaging since most other items in the package were still frozen and the ice packs are still frozen. Frozen items should be kept frozen until packing for delivery. The health and safety of the item are very questionable.

This is cheaper but less tasty compared to korean brand.

Tastes authentic and good! So easy to cook just heat it up with microwave

Tasty veggie tempura without the work or drama! I love it! Have ordered it a few times now and have tried it with udon, soba and also with rice. So yummy- you will love it!

I had a craving for Japanese kakiage soba, so I was very happy when I found it here. I microwaved it for 20 seconds or so, then roasted in a toaster oven until it got crispy.
