Pretty dark. I got it to make Vietnamese coffee but the purple layer might be too dark to see. This would probably go well with bread or in baked goods. Sweet and ube flavored.

Love love love this… could eat this out of the can. Turned this into Vietnamese iced coffees and it comes out perfectly.
