Lots of salmon! I was able to make 3 large slabs of salmon sashimi. After curing the salmon slabs in salt and sugar for a couple hours and then wrapping them in paper towels, I had enough salmon sashimi for several meals. Just be careful when you initially prep the salmon to check for any remaining bones (you can feel them easily by pressing and sliding your fingers along the flesh).

Bought it many times. My kids love it. The fish is big and easily to make three meals.
