I usually buy the Lingan brown sugar buns but tried this one for a BBQ marinated tofu because the other was not available at the time of my order. This one is just okay. I don't like the score in the center either because I prefer them to be a solid bun. Some buns were misshapen, it seemed like the brown sugar wasn't fully Incorporated and they actually just didn't taste as good as the Longan bun does. if I run into an instance again where my preferred bun is not available, I likely will not order this in the future. It's okay but the taste is not something I prefer, maybe a little sweeter than the other but not in a good way.

So good! Big and fluffy! Sweetness level is just right.
