これとタヒニ(ねりごまの代わりに)で胡麻豆腐を作りました。日本のスーパーより安く買えたので大満足です。

本葛粉を使って葛餅を作りました。葛粉半カップ、水1カップ半を中火くらいの火加減で、焦がさないよう、葛が半透明に透き通ったら火から下ろし、氷水にさらして包丁で食べやすい大きさに切り分けて器に入れるだけ。きなこと黒蜜をかけて食べると美味しいです。

This is a must buy it comes in small chunks we purchased 5 bags this bag is 14oz the chunks vary in size it taste good and if you add water to eat you can use it as gravy thicker or satisfy your arrowroot craving 👍🏽
