看到其他人的评论，我用了蒸的。味道不错，口感很Q弹，里面是虾干。

These dumplings were fantastic! Chewy and shrimpy, the dipping sauce was strong - made the dumplings even better. I can't get enough and will be buying again. The only thing was it was a whole shrimp inside each dumpling, shell on. Some people might not like it. I don't mind because it's more flavorful that way.

里面夹的是跟干虾米，不是很喜欢

Bad quality. First time I bought it was good. So I had to double check previous order and it is the same brand. Follow instructions to a T but the cakes came out very hard because it was burnt. Instruction said 8 mins. Less in quantity now and they raised price. Won’t buy from them again.

The fish sauce this time is so bland, not the original spicy sauce.
