I’ve been making lots of soups these days during the winter and it’s perfect to add. It’s very chewy which I personally love, but not too thick or wide, and holds the flavor of the soup well. I feel like it’s a better alternative to somen or soba noodles which I usually get, because there is no Sodium in these noodles.

This was my first purchase. The noodles were separated into several chunks, so it was easy to handle them. I could use how much I wanted. Needed some time to rehydrate but I liked the chewy texture.
