1. Soak mullet roe in Kinmen sorghum liquor for about 3-5 minutes, then remove the membrane.

2. Ignite the alcohol content in sorghum liquor directly, grill one side, then the other, for a total of about 6-10 minutes. This method produces perfectly cooked mullet roe with a rich wine aroma.

Grill

1. After peeling mullet roe, soak it in rice wine for 3 minutes.

1. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius for three minutes.
