All our products are shipped frozen in order to maintain quality.
Orders are usually shipped 2-4 business days after they are received.
Friday/Weekend orders will begin to be processed on Monday.

The delivery of the order usually takes 1-2 working days.

Orders cannot be canceled or exchanged once they have been shipped.

 

 

-Dessert preparation:
Products should be defrosted either in the refrigerator for 5-7 hours or left at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
 

-Storage:

1-2 days in the refrigerator;
Up to 60 days in the freezer.
